BOOKING CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF DATES
In the event of cancellation, your advance 50% payment will be refunded provided you let us know at least 10 days before the first rental day. We will not refund the 50% deposit if notice arrives on or less than 10 days before the first rental day. We cannot refund the deposit paid in the event of partial cancellation of your order.

In the event of full payment with the initial booking, we will refund 50% of the sum provided we are informed within 10 days from first rental day.

We do not REFUND the advance payment if
-the customer is responsible for the cancellation; if the bikes or equipment (or part of the rented material) are returned before the agreed ending date according to signed contract;
-for any reasons or delays not related to responsibility of the company (bad weather, mechanical issues, etc. )
-for a default by the client.

You may of course request via email a change of dates in the booking up to via email up to 30 days before first rental day.
When booking, the customer must give all details requested for rental to allow the company to organize its stock. In the absence of complete information at time of booking payment (height of riders, address of delivery and collecting point, mobile phone details, etc.) the company may consider the customer in default and refuse the service based on corporate cancellation policy.
The closing payment must be fixed with the company when booking.
